Focus On

Meridian Quay Nears Completion
Since the inception of the project back in 2004, Sainsbury Heating has been involved in helping to set the budgets and early design feasibility. Sainsbury were then contracted by Carillion to carry out the 2.3 million Mechanical Services Contract which includes, Fire and Smoke protection, Sanitation Services, Water Storage and distribution services, Rainwater Installations, Air Conditioning and ventilation services.
The project is now nearing completion which is scheduled for this May 2009, the project is on time and looks very impressive, towering high over the Swansea skyline. The link to the website is www.meridianquay.com where more information is available.

Bridgend College Secured with Dawnus
Sainsbury has secured a 750K M & E project with Dawnus on the Pencoed campus college. Sainsbury have been contracted to carry out all the M & E services on a new building to house construction industry training workshops. The job is due to complete by September 2009.
