Laing O'Rourke have appointed Sainsbury Heating to carry out all the mechanical services on their new prestigious Celestia project for Redrow Homes. This contract comprises of 600 luxury apartments in the upcoming Cardiff Bay area. Sainsbury Heating will carry out 3.6M of mechanical services which will take this project into may 2007. Chris Sainsbury said "we are very proud to have been selected to carry out this project. We believe we carried out a good job on a similar project for Laing O'Rourke and Redrow at Altolusso, and are under no illusion that this was the deciding factor in our securing the Celestia project. We are only as good as our last job and will be striving to make this job as successful or even better than the last.
