With its own manufacturing base, Sainsbury Heating never relies on other manufactures for any of its bespoke ductwork. Here with all the necessary technology such as CNC profiling machines, Sainsbury Heating ensure that all its ductwork requirements are satisfied. Again like other divisions it directly employs its workforce allowing the benefits of direct control for smooth execution of its contracts. They have manufactured canopies for the food industry as well as standard bespoke ductwork. This can be manufactured in a variety of materials like, stainless steel, aluminium, sheet metal and copper. Sainsbury recently completed ductwork modifications to highly polished ductwork installations in the restaurant industry.

Sainsbury employs over 10 ductwork employees, and as they work only to direct clients, there is never a problem in meeting its obligations. Sainsbury Heating also adopt the multi-skilling concept, and most of their skilled workforce is trained in other divisions. Again bringing the benefits of cost and time to its clients.
